Trofolastin Scar Reduction Dressing can be used on old or newly formed scars, such as red or raised scars caused by burns and cuts, general surgery, cosmetic surgery, or traumatic wounds.

Through a PHYSICAL MECHANISM that:
• Exerts constant (and not just occlusive) pressure because it stays in place for over a week.
• Changes the moisture below the dressing to produce the right arrangement of collagen fibres.
• Blocks UV radiation.
• Suits all scar shapes and locations.
Reduces
Hypertrophic or keloid scars. Can be used to reduce recent or old hypertrophic or keloid scars.
Prevents
The formation of hypertrophic scars. Can be applied to new scars to prevent the formation of hypertrophic scars.
